VHDA Home-Buyer Workshop

Topics: Homebuyer Education include creating a spending plan (budget), credit, shopping for a mortgage, looking for a Home, negotiating the contract, home inspections, the loan closing, and home maintenance tips. At the end of the workshop you will walk away with a VHDA Homebuyer's Certificate. The certificate meets the requirements of many first time homebuyer's programs; I.E. down-payment assistant programs and USDA Rural Housing.
